PVC plastic Pipe Production Line is mainly used in the production of agricultural drainage, water supply and drainage, and cable laying,etc. purposes. The unit consists of conical double/ parallel double extruder, mold, vacuum forming tank, multi-claw haul-off machine, planetary(chipless) cutting machine, stacker and so on. And the line can be equipped with Comptroller thickening instrument or computer inkjet printer, etc. to achieve the production and manufacture of high-grade tubing.

Product detail
1. Raw Material Preparation
PVC Resin Mixing:PVC powder is blended with stabilizers, plasticizers, and other additives in a mixer.
Drying (if needed): The mixture is dried to remove moisture before extrusion.
2. Extrusion Process
Feeding:The PVC compound is fed into the twin-screw extruder.
Melting & Compression: The material is heated and compressed into a molten state.
Pipe Formation:The molten PVC is pushed through adie head to form a smooth pipe.
3. Corrugation Molding
Vacuum or Hydraulic Molding: The hot pipe passes through a corrugation mold, where vacuum or hydraulic pressure shapes it into a corrugated structure for enhanced strength.
Cooling:Water-cooling systems solidify the pipe into its final shape.
